Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the BuildCode application operated by BuildCode Inc.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Services

BuildCode offers subscription-based access to its services. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee for the selected plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Maintain the security of your payment information

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. There is no free trial period available. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuildCode Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our content, including but not limited to our logo, visual design, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, is our exclusive property and may not be used without our express written consent.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security
• Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software
• Using the Service to transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuildCode Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
